That's exactly what it's going to be used for.

It really is cheap and cheerful. Some 3/16" plywood I've had lying around for years, just in case it might come in useful one day. It's not even properly jointed, just held together with glue. Even the paint is probably helping to stop it falling apart.

Watching Night of the Lepus with my boyfriend the day of Halloween (previously he streamed Luigi's Mansion and Resident Evil for me) and by night I wanna attend some sort of parade they're having in my town themed around regional monsters. I'll be dressing up as a plague doctor and carry a bucket with candies in case I find trick-or-treaters on my way. This is the first time in years I have an actual Halloween plan, and I'm excited!

even though it's still just september, i see no reason why we can't get ready for the spooky month. what's your current halloween game plan? (quite personally, i plan on being evil)

Halloween is back, people!!! How do you plan to celebrate?     

I want to make this October meaningful. I think I'm going to attend some Halloween meets/parties and use my plague doctor costume!     

But I'd love to hear more ideas! Go ahead and share what you're going to do!

We just started putting up the first of our decorations yesterday. Super excited! The last few years the kiddos have been putting on Halloween parades in the neighborhoods and the word has got out and folks bring their kids from all over so we get hundreds of kids on Halloween coming by the place.

We used to go all out with decorations... we kinda go half our these days haha. But we used to throw big Halloween parties and would totally deck the place out.

this might've been the first year I haven't thought too hard about Halloween plans, but it also might be the nicest Halloween I've had in a while (provided, like, my house doesn't get egged or something stupid). we typically don't get trick-or-treaters at our house - not sure if that's just because we tend not to put up decorations - but I'd really like to get loads of sweets in case they do show up! I wanna give out chocolate bars and big fat bags of whatever else I can get my hands on.

I guess that means we'll have to set up some decor so people know we're participating in Halloween this year? no idea how I'll go about that yet, but it might be fun.

other than that... no costume, no local events, I'll be surprised if there's that many kids out. maybe I'll watch a movie. for the run-up to Halloween I could try baking something festive, but I probably would've been doing that any month of the year. :/ still though!! I'll make the most of it!

I want to do something really elaborate for my costume this year. I am kind of considering trying to make a partial fur-suit. (if anyone has any tips it would be super appreciated)
I already went to a Halloween thing at an amusement part because my friend invited me.
My pact with my self is to go trickier-treating till I get invited to a Halloween party on the night of, plus I only have a year left till relative adult-hood so theirs a good chance this year will be my last time.
