Favorite recipes?

Hi all. I'm getting bored eating the same old thing all the time & am wanting to learn to cook. I'm in search of recipes. Anything will do as long as you've 1) Tried it & 2) Liked it. Would love it if any of you took the time to share with me!

One of my favorite methods for finding something interesting to eat is to look at the Tasting History channel on youtube and pick something that's on the easier side while still being somewhat novel to my pallet. I think learning about all the interesting forgotten food dishes of the past is really fun!

something i make a lot is baked feta with cherry tomatoes!!

the recipe is here, though i don't include the olives and put thyme instead of basil if i feel like it. i also mix it around after, but i don't usually take a picture of that because it doesn't look as pretty ...
