What was your most recent dream or nightmare

Oh, this is tough. I have a lot of nightmares, but the last one I remember was that my brother was back in the house. For context, he does not live here anymore, he went to jail for things he did I will not say.
But to the nightmare, it always starts that he is back in the house, and he tries to talk to me as if it were normal. I yell for my parents, and they won't listen to me, maybe they have forgotten, maybe they want to give him a second chance. Sometimes he tries to do things tome, sometimes he just tries to act normal.
I end up trying to question if what happened was even that big of a deal or even happened in the dream. I don't wake up screaming anymore, at least.

In my latest dream that I remember, I was walking and taking a car ride with my grandma who passed in 2010. I still mourn her daily so these are recurring dreams I get. Usually in the dreams there's been some sort of confusion and she didn't actually die. This time, though, I became lucid because I knew that she couldn't be alive. I told her about all of the things I've done since she died. My degree, my hobbies, my website. We arrived at someone's house and went in together and she started telling the person in the house about all these things I was telling her about and how proud of me she is.

I'm not the kind of person to believe that this dream was a message from her, but it brings me comfort to know that I'm proud of myself and know that she would be too. I woke up from that one and cried a little bit about it and stared into space for a while.

Side note, my dreams lately have either been agonizing or lucid. Just like when I was working on my web dev degree, I find myself dreaming about random problems that make no sense and I spend the whole dream trying and trying to make something work. I wake up exhausted after those. Most disturbingly, though, I have a lot of dreams where I become lucid because I realize that I'm walking around without chronic pain and fatigue and that it can't possibly be reality. Just kind of sad that I know I'm dreaming because I'm not in pain.

I forget my own dreams a lot! I used to have a dream diary app to try and help remedy this, but I had to delete it for phone storage... Cie la vie.

One that I remember having most recently was one where I was at a fancy party with my mom. I was wearing a tux, and was very tense, because I was told that, if any of the Unspoken Social Rules were broken, the place was rigged to explode. Obviously, this led to an unpleasant experience where I was tense and desperately trying to behave "correctly" the whole time.

... Have I ever mentioned that I'm autistic? Brain, you went a little heavy-handed on the symbolism there, guy.

Its so hard to remember my dreams besides vague feelings and small snippets
I can at most tell that my dreams are pretty well connected almost like an on going plot which would be cool IF i could remember more of them lol

Most of my dreams have me traveling around a warped version of where I live just doing various things. I always feel like I'm pretty busy in these dreams and can remember going to a bunch of different  places. 

I heard using a dream journal can help you remember more so maybe one day I'll try that

Lately I've been dreaming about waking up. I'll be in my bed, it'll be night time and it will feel real, but I am distinctly aware it is a dream. In my most recent one, a killer from a horror movie wandered into my room and just as quickly left. I was so scared and laid still so they wouldn't hear me and come back in, but then I realized they might find and hurt my family. And that got me so angry that I jumped out of my bed and ran at them, ready to fight them with my bare hands (I cannot fight and this specific killer would have made my dream death veryyy painful lol)

I woke up before anything else happened, but hoo I was breathing heavily and my heart was pounding as if I had actually got up and ran.

Most recent dream I remember was my partner Cinth giving me a vhs for some obscure dudes rock gay sex comedy movie that I apparently have been looking for for ages. I should mention that this fictional movie was like a typical dudes rock stoner movie but it was like? about two guys finding out theyre gay but in a 90s funny way. Thats a pretty bad explaination of it but I dont rlly remember much from it.

A dream I do remember a lot about is when I dreamt I was on the run from the American government (I do not live in America) and Solid Snake from MGS was helping me and he was like a father figure to me. We were hiding in what looked to be my Grandma's house but in Mexico.

I also remember having a nightmare where I was in some misty house in a white dress and outside the window was a backyard surronded by pinetrees and Ronald McDonald and my family were there and he was just staring at me and it freaked me out as a kid that I had a huge fear of specifically Ronald McDonald (not clowns. just him in particular)

i don't remember my most recent dream, but heres the most recent one i felt like writing in my dream journal!

the only part i rlly remember was walking out a building to an ocean. cars were floating all around, slowly getting by but everyone seemed cool with going slow. some people were swimming in between the cars. to my right was a little road where cars barely fit into, but it was wide enough where i could walk around them. after walking enough, i saw a little seperation between the solid ground. i figured out when i needed to swim, did that, and continued walking around and exploring. there was a sort of pool area, with a hot tub and crud yk? i avoided all that and kept walking. o i was shirtless in this dream, i remember worrying abt getting any weird looks cus of my top scars, but i got none lol. anyway, as i kept walking i saw more like.. setpieces and mini stores? i saw a setpiece of the art tablet i own sitting on a shelf, it was covered in dust and i felt bad that it was out there. right next to it was mlp inspired things for sale - artwork and handmade figures and sculptures, primarily. the first thing i saw was this head sculpture that looked very g1 inspired. i remember seeing this twilight sparkle art, where she was looking at a sky full of windigos with a look of concern, for $30 and wanting to buy it. i don't remember much else..

I had a dream last night I was a long-eared alien cat who wished to take over the world, but ended up crash landing into a neighborhood where I got adopted by a family.

taken from my dream diary -- I owned a tiny green (Canta) car with beige bumpers. It only seated two people, and was so small it couldn't officially be classified as a car and I had to bring it to a bicycle repairman instead of a car repair place. I brought it there for the yearly checkups and went to go sit somewhere with my mom in the meantime, I think it was a cafe or restaurant. I went back to check on my car later and not only had they not started the check-up, they couldn't find the car because it was parked somewhere in their building which was large and entirely full of bikes. While standing in the front of the building, I saw my grandma there, in her sick, old state, buying a 10.000 dollar razor scooter. She didn't seem to be able to understand where she was or what she was buying, but they were still selling this overpriced scooter to her and she could not be deterred from buying it.

If anyone can try to interpret this one it would be very cool, I think. I assume the part from my grandma is because she's currently ill/at her life's end and is doing erratic things, but I don't know about the rest of it. Why was my car so tiny? Many such questions!

Still processing this one, idk where I was headed but I was driving my car on a highway and it suddenly went full Mario Cart rainbow road on me. I was still just normally driving my car so it was kinda horrifying, I ended up flying off a curve and fell for some time and woke up shortly after plunging into the ocean. Would not recommend.

My brother had gone full redpill and was trying to persuade me that marriage was a bad idea. He wouldn't listen when I tried to tell him he was about 20 years too late. Then he tried to sell me on putting money into Bitcoin.

I fell asleep reading pages on the CWC Wiki last night...he was there in my dream and upon waking, I realised how messed up that was. How did he get into my brain?!?!

Last night I dreamed that I was playing Baldur's Gate 3. Or perhaps 4. The opening scene was different, the setting was Avernus and had a lot of lava. I was pouring buckets of water into the lava, to turn it into stone, and some lava crabs had been living inside the lava that I turned to stone, so I fished them out of the stone (which had cracked into sand) and was using them to distract hellhounds from trying to eat my character. I really loved playing Baldur's Gate 3 so I really enjoyed this dream too.
