Nice list! Thanks for sharing. Out of curiosity, what made you go back to github versus Codeberg, Sourcehut, or even just making the list on a web page?

i have codeberg and sourcehut, but uhh awesome lists must be on github (i think). the guidelines are a bit strict.

Interesting, I didn't realize it was a github thing. From the name I just thought it was an awesome list of stuff.

Very cool! Also, kudos for using haxe! You don’t see that often.

Edit: btw, you mention downloading a node http server but you can use Python too which is already installed for most Linux users (maybe Mac too?).

Code
 python3 -m http.server

Oh ok, I only mentioned it because it seemed a bit easier than installing node/npm. I see you added it to your readme.

What are your thoughts on the deno or bun js runtimes?

We used to have a "NeoCities Neighborhood" based on GeoCities, sorting sites by topics. But it's not maintained anymore and there's like hundreds of requests so now the Neighborhoods is dead. I was interested but I realized my site would fall on many different categories... webrings and databases are nice (like MelonLand surfclub !)
