Recently a friend sent me this link:
https://www.sensorwatch.net/

I do by chance have this exact model (got it second hand for a super good price!! my pride and joy hehe) so I'd be super excited to mod it.
Has anyone here experimented with this or done something similar? So far I've only ever modded consoles and mp3-players so this is new territory for me :O

AND:
It has Beat time!!
Just like this forum! I'm super interested in customizing it so I can get accustomed to beat time in my daily life as well :3

I would love to hear whether you have experience with this kind of thing! And how would you put together your personal perfect watch? (you can find some examples of what the firmware can do here!)

Doooood this is super cool! And prob a better alternative than my plan of making a dedicated beat time watch  :drat:

Im really tempted since Id love to do some messing about with it but $70 usd including shipping to Ireland is a lot  :ohdear:
Iv even got one one of these dudes!

I hope you'll report back with your experience with it! I actually really wanna do a like a Swatch Time Events program where everyone in the world can celebrate middle time at @500 or maybe on the 7th of March at @256 we could celebrate the Worm Moment or something; It would be fun have have these global mini events synced on everyone's watches!

HAHAHA I was thinking of you specifically when I saw the project! I knew you'd be into this! Although I do love the idea of a dedicated beat time watch also hehe

The clear plastic looks so cute... Did you put it on there yourself? And have you messed with your Casio at all so far? I'm super interested if yes!
Btw, I live in Europe as well, and my friend also said he's be interested in getting it, maybe there's an option for splitting shipping between the three of us?

ALSO i love the idea of having dedicated little swatch time events! There's something sweet about having synced up little events (oh how I wish it was possible to do on the watches themselves, maybe it is? I wonder if making some code for the firmware and handing it out for the people interested here would be an option? :D)

Dude that would be so cool, the only issue would be that @256 is like midnight for me :(

Also dang I wish I knew about these before I bought the pebble watch!! The only issue I kinda have with it is that it doesn't seem like you can mix watch faces from different groups and the alt.time one is really limited..

Also I do have an old calculator casio watch, but it doesn't seem to work anymore :(

I think you can actually! You just need to make a custom firmware then which requires coding knowledge (don't quote me on this tho). Also the pebble watch seems super cool too!! I love how many different things are out there!
