Would you eat a raw potato if it was from your garden?

Yes, and I have done so in the past. It tasted bad, but I would probably do it again because I am silly.

I absolutely would eat raw onion though. I'd probably bite into it like apple if it was a sweet one.

Potato, no... they are not really edible raw, plus they are so much tastier cooked!
However if you want a crunchy refreshing ground snack, I heartily recommend the Yacón! They're edible raw and have a texture a little bit like a raw potato :)

it depends on like. how it was found in my garden. If I didnt grow any potatoes and suddenlly pulled one up from the ground, im going to assume some kind of little potato man came into my garden and planted The Potato That Kills You and probably not eat it.

If I grew potatoes? Eh... ive tried them before. They are way to dense and the insides just. not my thing. I prefer them cooked some how.

I dont grow potatos but if i did i dont think id eat it, im not a fan of raw potatos they taste weird and the insides are nasty

In school, we had someone in charge of the food who didn't know how to boil potatoes. Based on the result, I can only conclude that they saw the water start boiling and figured the potatoes were done because if they were in boiling water, they had to be warm. We weren't allowed to serve ourselves, food was put down on a plate for us and we weren't allowed to leave until we had eaten all of it. One day each week was soup day. I spent 4 years in that school, having to eat raw potato 4 days a week. That's more than enough raw potato for this lifetime.
