i'm mezu, 23. i was born in & live in france and am studying to become an archivist! i became interested in the old internet a few years ago, as i felt intense nostalgia for my younger days when i got my game guides off of fan websites, and longed to have my own website to host forums, art and fanfics...
so here i am!

i like pink and princesses, as you can see on my website. i listen to a lot of jpop, watch and consume all sorts of media... honestly, i couldn't list all of the things i enjoy. recently, i've been enjoying playing video games, like league of legends, animal crossing new leaf, style savvy 3...!

i am very, very passionate about my job. i take it very seriously! the archival world in france is extremely important, so i'm very glad i get to live out my passion everyday. try to make sure to save all of the memories that are dear to you in one way or another on some sort of physical media : that's how i do it! photo albums, notebooks to review books, fanfiction, shows, even a diary! it doesn't have to be elaborate, you don't even have to update it everyday! try it, you will thank yourself someday. ♥︎

that's actually a very common misconception HAHAHA archivists (at least in france?) work everywhere but libraries! archivists can work at archives, or they can work pretty much any sort of company that is big enough to hire an archivist for their documents!

also, i'm so very sorry you have to be american. france is pretty awesome, but it is also pretty awful. people make fun of us a lot online but we're really not that bad :(

ur funny!! my goal is to get to France before Im trapped in america :p its an addicting drug finding out how much things America does is like just hostile as shit, i mean like the fact that u can distrust ur insurance company is just stupid, like what the organization that im legally required to sign up for to not die and lose all of my money for has a big chance of just having a bunch of unregulated predatory practices :))) learning french while in college for comp sci is like butts difficult, so sick and tired of abstract concepts....hyperfixated for like a half a year until i was autistic burned out, was super hyperfixated on doing it right with a traditional phrase book instead of any "apps"
