I'm not entirely sure what to write here for a greeting, so I'll just run down the suggestions from the welcome guide.

I'm JetDungeonDragon, a 32 year old software developer by 'professional' trade and non-professionally I'm a game developer, writer, and soon to be artist. I've been around on the internet since I was like 12 or so going to forums on and off.

>What are you into?
As far as interests go, I like reading, writing, video games, TTRPGs, dragons, monster girls, exploring AI, as well as NSFW topics.

>Do you have a site or a blog?
If you're interested in my stuff, here are links to my personal and itch.io pages. Website on the back end is being changed to a v2 format at least for the main page. Hoping to include a chatbox or guestbook during the process.

I think for me its just sharing the weird and not so weird stuff I make.

There's a lot of everything for everyone, I'm sure you'll find something that pleases you. I see you're mentioning  TTRPGs, do you have some examples to give ? Have you ever played "HeroQuest" ? Have you ever played a gamebook like "Fighting Fantasy" or "Lone Wolf" ?

oh nice so you're really knowledgeable That's great, and not to sound rude, but do you mean NSFW topics like gooner stuff or more like tame things like just nsfw art or corn stuff and also you have any advice for me as a programmer because I'm still really new to a lot of this and also what version of python should I use?

oh and if you're confused about the word "gooning," it's just an internet slang term that means people who sexualize everything they would be considered gooners its not a problem with OCs and stuff its just that some people will just sexualize everything of a fandom pokemon and plants vs zombies are good examples they are totally innocent and are for kids but then you search google without safe search and you see the damage they have done some people will just go around doing that making NSFW for fandoms that don't need it or want it its rule 34 and its really bad sometimes like some fandoms are know for being really gooner ish like Bstars I'm a fan and there is just so much nasty stuff it just makes me mad like did you not watch the show? it makes zero sense for them to do that stuff in the art same for Pokemon its honestly worse for Pokemon and sorry for being a little negative and to be clear I'm not calling you a gooner or anything I was just trying to clarify what "gooner" meant You're 32 so I wasn't sure if you would understand or not

HeroQuest, I'm positive I've heard of before, but I haven't made time to look at it at all. Fighting Fantasy and Lonewolf I haven't heard of before. What are they like? Are they similar to Ironsworn?

I don't really care for making a differentiation for what people consider gooner stuff. Ultimately at the end of the days its just fiction. That said, there's more than just the lewd ends of things for NSFW I like. There's also writing about other sensitive topics for fun. Like characters trying to reconcile their own long held preconceived notions being challenged.

and also you have any advice for me as a programmer because I'm still really new to a lot of this and also what version of python should I use?

I can't help you there. I don't write in python at all. Would if I could.

Yeah idk what to say about that but I just don't agree and we can leave it at that we both grew up with different internet's its doesn't Matter that much and id hate to get into an argument that being said we likely have a lot in common with each other I also like NSFW topics and I really enjoy programming too and I plan on making it my career just like you and don't worry about python I will get help eventually

Something I can help with is some general advice. There's a lot of resources on YouTube you can use. Another way I found to help is to try to find problem you have and try to use programming to help with it. Like renaming a bunch of files in a folder as an example.

Yeah ive used YouTube many times it can be helpful and I have had to mess with file names and locations multiple times so I know that too but thank you for the advice anyways
