For the ease of comparison, I'm going to link to the original version of each entry first, with reasons I dislike it; and then link my favorite cover(s) at the end of reasons or down in sub-points...

• BuzzG feat. Internet-Co's Megpoid, "Song of Stars". I don't like the very-grating sound of this original rock arrangement at all. Versions I like the most are:
  
  • Keeno arr. feat. Ito Kashitaro ^{(or Youtube unofficial)}; a pop arrangement, which happened to be the first version of this song that I have listened to.
  • Suzumu arr. feat. Rumdarjun x ShonenT; which is a very beautiful acoustic-hybrid arrangement.
• Jin feat. 1stPLACE's 1STV0, "Lost Time Memory". Not all Kagerou Project songs are my favorite, and this is one of them I don't like because the harrashness of its instrumental. However, a version I liked is an acoustic rock arrangement with English vocal by Juliet Simmons.
  
• Halyosy et al., "Connecting". I neither dislike this original arrangement nor vocal performance, but it was destroyed by... dynamic range compression. The version I like the most is still a cover version which was the first version of this song that I have listened to.
  
• The Toys, "Lovers' Concerto". I don't dislike this original version per se, I just liked few other versions better:
  
  • Calm version sung by Kelly Chen; which apparently had been popular in Asia.
  • Ballroom version sung by Sarah Vaughan
  • Male version sung by Antonello Angiolillo
  • Chorus boy band version by Jammin' Zeb
• Nine Inch Nails, "Hurt". I'm not exactly a fan of this genre in general. The version I like more is, of course, the widely-acclaimed acoustic version sung by Johnny Cash.

lowest low by jack brzenk, or rather, this specific version i found, which from a composition standpoint is much better than the original. saying this as a musician and producer...

shout out to dubluayaychtee for this btw, hes very good at this (if only he were a bit more active...)
