greetings!

well howdy! it seems that i've gotten into the forum. yay!

i'm aayan! i'm 15 going 16 this october. im a guy (he/him).

my hobbies are programming, flying planes (virtually because im broke xD), making music and playing videogames.
people say that i give off extreme old-guy vibes because of the way i embrace both the present and the past of technology and the world xD. really wish i was born earlier to experience the old internet but, here i am! it's more or less the same thing

im a huge retro enthusiast too so yeah lol that's that

i've been programming for 10 years this year (may-ish 2015 is when i begun). i started off with frontend web development and then made my way to the backend. within 3 years i had completely immersed myself in programming but i was wayyy tooo young to go for hackathons and stuff, so i stuck to programming at home and doing random projects every now and then.

2015 is also when i begun playing the guitar. one of the biggest blessings in life i have is that i have perfect pitch. it's helped me to understand music in a completely different way, and really helps when making music too! its simply a different experience. simply amazing. now i can play virtually any instrument!

im fluent in html, css, js (+obv the other essentials for webcrafting lol like php and stuff), c, c++, NASM and GAS syntax assembly. im making an operating system that im planning on using as the base for my first official projects. its not gonna be open source since i have envisioned something beautiful for it.

im most likely going to use this website to post my daily stuff, spam-post and have some fun with you guys here! im also going to probably rant a lot since i have the tendency to do that (only child behavior T-T

oldest computer? im sure none of you were asking that but anyway LOL, i had some beige box tower pc with a 486 and, i believe 32 or 64 mb of ram. kinda blanked out there lol. shipped with windows 95. beautiful machine. unfortunately the power supply nearly set my house on fire and i had to throw it away. it's a shame, but it was a beautiful relic of the past.

i fly planes! well, virtually. im mostly on msfs, programming or sleeping

the whole day since i dont have much to do until april when school (more-or-less junior college, oh lord im old

) restarts. im a muslim so im fasting too. its hard to tget by but, its working out!!

im deep into all types of rock and edm music. rock on evh!!!! miss him dearly.

anyways, it's 7:35 as of me writing this very line. i'm gonna go freshen up and prepare myself for the day ahead. take care yall!
