An advice I'd give for looking up templates for stuff like this, if you want to like, use a ready-made code, is to look on Tumblr (
Theme Hunter is a good one) for specifically
character pages, like, for roleplay. Because those pages are separate from the main blog, codes for them generally work well for html pages outside of Tumblr.
You might want to ask the creator if they're okay with such usage, of course, but generally if you keep the credit they in-build into their themes, it should be okay.
(This method works for just inspo too!)
That's what I did for my
videogame OCs page ('cause at that moment I just wanted to write about them and not think about the page code) and for my comic OCs personal pages like
this one ('cause I wanted a very specific look with stats and had no idea how to make that).
Now, my page for
other OCs I just winged myself without getting too complicated, so it's pretty simple.
As you may notice they are all pretty different so, uh, as far as content goes, go with your gut and the vibe really.
