So I've been wanting to make characters since forever, and never felt I'd have the ability.  I couldn't draw for crap, and when I started learning to digitally paint, I could never hold forms together.  So, I figured I'd lean into 3D modeling.  Hard surfaces are relatively fine, I've made a few buildings, but I still always wanted to make a character.  But every time I tried to sculpt, I just made an absolute mess of things, and they all turned into weird malnourished gray aliens.

But now... thanks to a goblin tutorial by Grant Abbitt, I've done it!  I've successfully sculpted a character, this weird chad goblin I've attached!

I still have a long way to go, but my god, I feel incredible for having truly made something, and the process was really fun!

For some odd reason the goblin reminds me of handsome squidward. No idea why that it but it dose.

Haha, I went a little too far on the jaw early in the tutorial and decided to stick to making a chad goblin instead of the realistic one the tutorial was showing
