Hello awesome people! I have finally finished the basics for WebTown, my new and first webring-esque thing!
It's going to be a work-in-progress for a while, like making it not just a big patch of grass, but thats when I can really start doing stuff!

So is this similar to how there were like.... Geocities neighborhoods??? I like the idea especially if people can make pixel stuff for it....
