need help with a site redesign

ok so my website (here: https://trashcompactor.neocities.org/) that is really unfinished needs a redesign because its elements dont really fit well together and its a bit boring :(... im going for more of an aero aesthetic but idk if i should make assets myself or just find them from some sort of library. i also need some tips for web design in general because my site really needs a revamp as well as more stuff. any help would be appreciated
