peertube could act as such, if you join the right instance. it's a fediverse-based video sharing platform, so decentralized to the same degree email is.
your mileage with it will vary depending on where your account is hosted; a large public instance such as
spectra.video or
peertube.wtf is not as well-suited for this purpose as your local timeline will largely consist of random gaming clips and unedited trailcam footage (there is of course topic filters and search features, but you need to actively use them). there are instances dedicated to arts&crafts, i follow someone from
makertube, which as the name implies is focused on makerspace folk; they upload speedpaint/speedcraft videos regularly. probably more where that came from.
