New update on Gloomy Bear plushie:
I eventually moved on to the paws and feet and let me tell you, THEY WERE A CHALLENGE.
But this does have a good outcome though.
Out of the two pairs of limbs, I would say the paws were difficult to work with and get just right to my liking, mainly due to not being use to decreases with chenille yarn at that time yet. This took around five discarded arms to figure out which ones worked out best. After picking the best out,(I was exhausted and didn't want to waste more yarn at this point.) I believed I picked out some pretty good ones and modified them really well. I think the claws really helped them balance out their height better too.
For extra details I also added some red yarn embroidery for the nails as well for Gloomy's signature blood marks.(You will also see later I did this for the face and torso as well.)
Lastly for now, I moved on to the feet which weren't too difficult to do. At that point I eventually got use to the decreases in the patterns and really took time with them, so there were little obstacles with that section.
I think all I have left is the torso and some extra details soon and that should be it. My next post you will see from me will be will be the final reveal and a good-bye on this forum. See you then.
