Ever heard of Radio UserLand?

I heard about it when reading about 'RSS for microblogging' here. It piqued my interest because of the web archive page on it. It seems to advertise itself as a 'personal radio station', but also a blog publishing service started in 2000. I don't know much about it, but found it rather interesting and thought I'd share! Does anyone use it? Or has anyone here used it in the past?
