@wygolvillage - so long as the ring is maintained and accepting new members I'd certainly count it as active.

The latest I found is Acing the Internet - a webring for asexual folks.
I think some people here have had a few problems with one of the feminist webring forums. Some of the active members of that are not at all LGBTQ+ friendly (terfs) and some of them are vile. The sites in the ring do not appear to express such views and that's why it is still listed in my webring list. If that changes then I'll think about removing it. Life's too short to be bothered with such narrow-minded people.
Talking of narrow-mindedness. My view of a webring goes back to the old Webring, RingSurf and other systems so I don't list fanlist sites. But, there are webrings of fanlistings, such as the Collectives and Fansites webrings, so those are included. For the same reason, I don't list link exchange sites.

Another great list @Bede
Some of the rings take a bit of looking for, so these lists are a great resource. I'm so glad they returned, they really do help some of the personal sites get discovered.

I updated my list last night. Two have gone missing, but I found a couple more:
Beamring - BEAM virtual machine related sites including the Elixir, Erlang and Gleam languages
eSheep - I have no idea what it's about but I love the name.
Nora - For people named Nora, Eleonora, Leonora, Lenora, Lenore...
Toki Pona - An artifical language (like Esperanto)

Thanks @myleszey I've now added it to my list. I'll have a look around and see if there's any others I've missed.

Some disappointing news about webrings this month. Two of the largest, Hotline and Self-Insert (not quite a webring, but still) have announced they are no longer taking new members.
A couple of weeks ago I tried emailing some other rings but haven't received anything back. Hopefully they are just very slow in replying or I am being ghosted rather than the rings have been abandoned.
A couple of new rings have appeared. Some on Neorings, whose site I find a bit confusing. Especially as some of them people who created them have nothing about them on their own sites.
One of the latest I've found is Liminal, which is dedicated to liminal spaces and backrooms. Some of its pages are not finished yet but it looks interesting. I've been exploring the Faircamp Webring mentioned in the last post. There's some talented people on those sites.
