hi there quagsire enjoyer! i may not be much of a sanrio fan, but i do think i have an interesting topic to discuss and mull over, even if i don't remember many details.
so in my childhood, i had a dsi (and later a 2ds), like any well to do kid with a interest in video games, right? so i had the usual pokemon games every child had back then, some littlest pet shop game that was shocklingly good despite probably being classed as shovelware by the rest of mainstream gamerdom... and some other stuff i can't rmember off the top of my head. one of the games i used to play all the time when i was like... 6 or so, was this little hello kitty game where you were setting up a party for hello kitty and friends! doesn't that sound nice?
anyway i don't remember much from this game, i don't even remember the title and i think my mom sold the cartridge a long time ago at a garage sale or something, but i really liked the minigame where the player is given 8 or 9 boiling pots to watch over, and if one gets close to overboiling, you were supposed to tap on that pot so cinnamoroll could stir the pot back down. it was a fun minigame collection all things considered.
i just wanted to ramble about one of the chunks of my childhood i can actually remember lol, things were so much simpler before my school traumatized me via bad spec ed teachers! i do not want to get into it here, that's a tier 2-3 conversation on the friendship skill tree for me! plus, off topic is off topic.

sanrio!!! i like that, uh, a normal amount!!! (lying)
over the years, my favourite critter has shifted considerably; i used to be over my melody, then i was obsessed with cinnamoroll... for the last while though, it's stayed pretty consistent. my top three sanrios, in no particular order:
 wish me mell: a sweet but shy rabbit from france who loves writing letters. genuinely what is not to love. also i get emotional if i think about her canonically being insecure about her body ;_;
 usahana: another bunny, this one a bit more outgoing, she dreams of being a ballerina someday! are you kidding me! also she was designed for women who work in offices to bring more colour to their workspaces... oh my gosh...
 chococat: nerdy kitty who loves sweets. need i say more?
honourable mentions also go to beatcats (vampire cat idol group) and mewkledreamy (magical cat plush that could travel through dreams or something? idk i just fell in love with her design lol)

has anyone hear seen sanrio boys its a anime about a Groupe of guys who love sanrio witch as a man who loves sanrio i found that relatable its not on any streaming service as far as i am aware but I'm sure you can find it other ways ALSO \the player is given 8 or 9 boiling pots to watch over, and if one gets close to overboiling, you were supposed to tap on that pot so cinnamoroll could stir the pot back down. it was a fun minigame collection all things considered.
i looked into the hello kitty party game if you go to 23.00 in this video you will see a mini game that looks like what you said but with keroppi there is a cinnamoroll cooking game at 21.05 but it is with just a pan perhaps you misremembered ALSO if you want a really REALY good underrated hello kitty game check out hello kitty cube frenzy on PS one its like puyo puyo or dr mario mixed with Lemmings i beat the whole thing and loved it very addictive and can get pretty challenging but dose not go over bord
