Sorry for being a bummer, but I clicked on the link and it led me to a "Not Found" page.

I don't know how this website works, but maybe they only allow live events outside and they see a FOSS event and think that it's not allowed because they assume it'd be mostly online if not online-only?

Anyway, just wanted to let you know there was a problem with the link.
