Anyone still use iTunes?

Does anyone out here still use iTunes? Not Apple Music, like the actual iTunes app. This one:



I'd be interested to know if anyone is still daily driving the old app. I know I sure am!

Yup. I use it to listen to music while playing games or studying, I also use it to burn music on my iPod and phone, and for CDs (^_^)

Yup! I use it almost every day. In the past few years I've  really gotten into owning my music, instead of streaming it. I will admit I am sort of considering trying out other media players, to have fun customizing, but I don't want to deal with moving all my music over  plus since I still buy some music on iTunes, it's just convenient.

For a new player, try foobar2000. It's highly customisable and free. Also, you shouldn't have to move your music over.

iTunes should download your music to

C:\Users\YOU\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music

Just point foobar2000 there as a new playlist and you should be good!

I very much do! I use iTunes 11.4 with the somewhat older UI - all the web connected stuff is broken which is a bit annoying, but it works well otherwise!

My system is to import and manage all my music in iTunes, I then have a script that backups up my iTunes music folder to my home server, and that shares the files over wifi if I need it, but iTunes is the manager of everything - it also syncs with my iPods and older iPhones natively.
