Firefox Visual Bugs?

I am so sorry if there is a better thread for this I wasn't sure.

For a few days now I have been experiencing bugs with Firefox such as pages, small parts and once a whole page becoming glitchy gargled messes. Until I glide my cursor over them.

It's seemingly random too, but it happens mostly on pages or tabs I am either not using or have in a separate window and minimized.

This has only been on Firefox, no other apps have done this for me. I haven't tried other browsers on my device, but I have had to use Edge on school computers and they have been fine.

I wonder if anyone else is having the same or similar issue or has an idea on how to fix it.

My Firefox version is on 156.0.1 (64-bit), latest version as I can tell. And I can not find anyone else having the same issue while searching.
