No exactly original or new, but in 2014 me and a friend spent WAY too much money buying the lego pet shop and then spend like a weekend building it.





Also I found this weird facebook post while looking for the pictures and I wish I knew more...

I swear, I had a lot of old lego stop motions that I would make when I was bored. They are all gone now.

Me too. I'd spend whole afternoons and evenings shooting stop-motions with Lego, toycars, Playmobil and such combined into storylines of robbery, natural disasters and sci-fi. We had (have?) a small silver camera with a like 200 picture memory card. I'd empty it out onto our computer multiple times a week! If I may say so myself, my stop-motions were quite good for a primary school kid. Most of them are lost but I do have a few still saved on dusty USB sticks.

Here's an orrery (model of the solar system/the sun moon and earth) I made inspired by jk brick works, I'll have to find the video of it moving with a motor.
