I'm currently working on a halloween special for my website where I talk about horror media and I want to include a funny anecdote about the time I got so scared by a movie I had to stop watching less than 20 minutes after it started but to be fair I'm kinda embarrased about it so I'd love to know if anyone has experienced something similar so I can feel less alone in my cowardice  :tnt:

If anyone's curious about what movie I'm talking about it's [REC], I don't know what it is but something about seeing a found footage about people speaking in your native language being locked in a creepy apartment complex and getting slaughtered by zombies one by one with no hope of escaping really hit differently and felt more "real" than most horror movies I've seen and all of this is made worse by the fact that this happened in the middle of the night in my friend's house that I'm 100% convinced is haunted

Tetsuo: The Iron Man

It's an old Japanese body horror film. I quit almost immediately.

I'm not easily scared but I am easily disgusted.
