I made my first fanlisting!

i did iiitt yaay!!

My journey:

At first, I was overthinking the process, thinking I would need to use a big PHP script and make multiple pages. I was too anxious to even start planning a layout. Eventually, Finding PHP-less listings and hearing about the big PHP vulnerability snapped me out of this mindset. I started to just go for it; I made a logo and snooped around various listings for inspiration. I even realized I'm allowed to put my listing all on a single page (thanks to the bacon fanlist)!

As for a host, I had my eyes set on Altervista, since I'd seen other fanlistings hosted on there too. Once I made an account, I quickly realized how badly I hated it. I had no clue what WordPress was, and I was disappointed to find out it was just a drag-and-drop builder. I decided to just put my collective on Neocities instead.

The page is almost done, I just wanna decorate it with some more images. I've submitted a request to join The Fanlisting Network. I'm excited to make more fanlistings!!

I LOVE THIS!!! I think it's soo pretty. I noticed a lot of fanlistings dying, so I'm glad that it's such a simple process? It's just adding people to a list, right?! I gotta get on that!!

yeaaa!!! fanlistings are like an ancient art that only a few wise grandmasters have been keeping alive, or something like that >w< i hope the web revival comes with a surge of new fanlisting keepers :>

Congrats on getting your fanlisting up and going! I don't know much at all about Pac-Man myself- I have an artbook, but truthfully it's a byproduct of a bigger love for arcades in general, perhaps that'll one day change- but this brought such a smile to my face to see, absolutely love the passion between it and your shrine of the same.
