Any manga by junji ito (you'll get that recomendation a million times over), Blood on the tracks, metamorphosis (only if you have a strong stomach and if you are sensitive to anything at all look up a tw list), Shibuya Goldfish

I read something called PTSD Radio a few days ago: it's a collection of short scenes, some related to eachother but also a few that aren't. There's one story thread that keeps popping up but it's scattered throughout the volumes, so you have to pay attention to figure out what's going on. Might be up your alley?
