There is currently a online festival on RetroScene.org waiting for submissions. The topic is noise music; the page focuses on old school computers (like the C64, Amiga, etc) and demos/music/pictures made with them, but there are also open categories, image creation categories and a open "wild" category.
I just sent in my transmission that is quite far away from true retro computing (using emulated SNES-Chips for sound generation and a video created with Shotcut from low-res dumbphone-footage), and it got accepted. :D.
Note: I was never active there before, but the page seems okay for me. Good, harmless art. While the noise scene is - to my knowledge - in general progressive and cool, some people in there are rather ... direct. If such artists appear, there might be disturbing submissions around, but I doubt it.
