Hello! I go by Gub and you can see my website at https://gubnet.neocities.org/
I'm in my mid-20s, work as a personal chef, and I like to think I'm a pretty weird person. I spend most of my time doing the daily grind of chores, home renovation, errands, work, then go outside and roam the woods or partake in common nightlife activities like clubbing and small-time concerts.
That aside, I love cooking and creating in general. I love the internet and browsing people's small personal websites. I like how you can tell a lot about people based on what they choose to emphasize and share. I grew up on a lot of old webforums, mostly for fandom or roleplay related things (does anybody else remember when Roblox had a forum?), and have nostalgia for that time. I think people are too complicated and ever-changing to summarize with binaries of introvert/extrovert or optimist/pessimist. I think the most important skill you can master, as a recovering perfectionist, is learning how to be joyfully bad at things. That's why I do karaoke. I'm tone deaf and it's everyone else's problem now.

aw man dude me too. That's one of my favorite parts about surfing the web even if it's a bunch of personal sites. Regardless of how samey the designs can get, the content within is always really different and its something I very much enjoy too

The house is old and just bought recently so there's a mountain of renovations. Right now we're fixing up a mudroom the previous owners used as a closet into a laundry room/usable mudroom. Currently the laundry facilities are in the unfinished radon-positive basement so it's an even larger hassle to wash clothes than usual :P
