HELP: Page scrolling down a bit every time I reload?

I've never had this issue before, but all of a sudden every time I reload this one page I'm working on, it jumps down or up a bit. I've tried taking stuff out to narrow it down and it seems to only happen when the main <div> has its height set to anything greater than 800px?? even when all the content is removed and it's just that div the issue happens. it's so weird.. I think it has something to do with my browser? I'm using Vivaldi, and I've tested the same page on Chrome and Firefox and it worked fine.. but idk why it only happens on this page.. Anyway, if anyone has any idea what could be going on I'd be super grateful. I've attached the html file for it below 

(Update: of course as soon as I make a post it fixes itself lol.. I added a 1px border around every img and that.. seemed to fix it? I still have no idea, but I guess it's working fine now. nvm this entire post lol. embarassing..)
