I love finding albums designed for straight-through listening!
My personal favourites are Marianas Trench's most recent four albums (Masterpiece Theatre, Astoria, Ever After, and Phantoms). I believe it's Ever After which has smooth transitions between tracks, with orchestral interludes. I don't like many of the songs by themselves or to listen to in a playlist, but as part of their albums they really work for me.
I also recently went down the Hypnospace Outlaw rabbithole and ended up on Gathered Out Of Thin Air by Half-Handed Cloud, which is a weird, interesting album with about a million short tracks that are absolutely not designed for playlists. The only one I have put on a playlist is the track I came for in the first place, Nativity Costume (2000 Year's Eve). I should relisten...

Most of the time I only listen to albums and not playlists, but there are still some albums that stand out for me in terms of listening entirely at once: - Incunabula - Autechre
- Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
- Computer World - Kraftwerk
- Time Out - Dave Brubeck
- Chocolate & Cheese - Ween
- Hot Rats - Frank Zappa
- Freedom of Choice - Devo
- That's the Way of the World - Earth, Wind & Fire
- Innervisions - Stevie Wonder
Maybe there are more albums, but in general, especially albums between 30 and 45 minutes.
