hello world, zach here!!  i'm a 25 year old dude with a passion for pretty much everything related to computers, creativity, and everything in between.

i've basically lived my whole life on the internet in some way, and lots of my earliest memories were spent either browsing forums or people's personal websites/fan sites, so i have a continued soft spot for that area of the web. one of my partners showed me this forum a few months back, and i've been lurking for a bit since then, but i'm excited to finally jump in!!

i've been a digital artist since roughly 2012, mostly focusing on illustrations, but there's a lot of things i want to dive into - animation, website development, music, video editing, and more... unfortunately my actual creative progress is oftentimes tied up by adhd/general self esteem problems/work and school, but i'm hoping being in a place like this will help motivate me. i'm excited to learn from and share with you all :3

this genre of the internet is kinda before my time but i find it really cool and it seems MUCH more fun than doom scrolling
