i use zen browser, it's based on firefox with a lot more built in customization options and community mods.

with zen i particularly like having vertical tabs on the left, collapsed with an extension that make them pop out on hover. it gives a lot of screen space and makes me a lot more aware of my tabs for some reason, i never end up with 100 tabs open and theyre super easy to navigate.

pinned tabs in this format have also been a gamechanger to how i navigate the web, feels more like having online apps

i also have an extension to customize right click context menu to just have the 3 things i actually use!

one thing i've run into, not sure if this is a zen specific issue but some sites wont load when running inside other sites such as https://moonjump.app/ i guess it's a security thing

my only unfulfilled desire also exposed by moonjump is a snappy webshare option

anyway zen is by far my favorite browser i've used!

I've been using Firefox for a few years now; it's much lighter than Chrome and the interface isn't overly spread out like a lot of other browsers. I still have a Chrome installation for the occasional site that doesn't work properly on FireFox though.

Firefox is my daily driver. My only regret is that the extensions to mask user agent strings (i.e. to keep sites like Facebook from IDing you based on your browser setup) usually don't work very well. So I use Brave, which has built in maskong that works, if I have to load anything from Google/Meta/etc.

I use Opera for work, because I really like its option for making entire tab groups and switching between them. And the built in VPN is nice.

I'm mainly a firefox user, i moved from edge for the privacy andd cuz it would make my old laptop explode a bit (dont get me started on chrome id have to wait 5 minutes for my laptop to respond again once i opened it). also copilot can EXPLODE!! the constant ads ughhh

Thinking of maybe moving over to librewolf? :dunno: i dont use all that many extra features of firefox and theyve been doing odd things so might be worth the hassle

I like seeing what my pages and others look like in lynx from time to time as well :)

I mainly use Firefox, though for special cases I have Pale Moon, I used to use that as my daily browser but I both can't connect it to my mobile browsing with Firefox and because it's not that secure, I only use it for Flash and/or Shockwave stuff since it's a modern-ish browser that still supports them, though I use a 32-bit portable version for Shockwave since it's not compatible with 64-bit browsers. I would say Java too but Java just like... never works anymore, no matter what version I try to use. :P
And because it's worth mentioning I also had a version of Netscape for REALLY old sites that wouldn't really work with more modern browsers, but just about every modern security protocol isn't supported by Netscape so it's basically useless now.

I have been using Zen Browser for while now. It's a customized and Stylized Browser based on Firefox.
I liked the Vertical Tab bar and Side panel they offer. (I know Firefox has that now to, but not back then).

I also use ungoogled Chromium in cases where I need a Chromium based browser.

Also Chrome on Android because Firefox refused to run -_-

For me Firefox for personal use and Edge for work. I am in the Microsoft suite a ton and things just work in Edge for that. Using a different browser for personal use makes the experience totally different depending on what I am doing. That clear separation really helps when I am staring at browsers so much.   :wizard:

i use KDE Falkon personally. i used to use Firefox a heap but now i use Falkon.
i switched back and forth between Waterfox, Librewolf, Ungoogled Chromium, Firefox etc but i only use Firefox for school and a few other things since it actually works on those. Falkon's nice but also kinda breaks some things as well.
my laptop's pretty old (high-end subnotebook for 2013 but aged like bread today) so i use more midweight or lightweight things to keep it feeling nice.
