i want to 3D model YOUR OC

[Memory]

These models so far are amazing! I'm impressed by how each model replicates not just the design but the 'style' of the original references to a degree while still all having a particular 'look' to them in common.

I have this character if you're up for it, no pressure though!

@Limette

I don't know why but your character looks like they could fit in Plants Vs Zombies
Unfortunetly I couldn't get the text on the sign to read properly so I omitted it

Oh yeah fun fact trying to imitate lineart in 3D art is REALLY ANNOYING. If you're a perfectionist you might as well just draw the lines yourself (I didn't do that tho I'm too lazy)

How did you do that? Is this a blender plugin? I know about cartoon/cel shading filters, but I've never seen this before.

[segacds]

if youd like, id love if you do bibi! her theme is that she's a bee magical girl. any style is alright :]

For the colors. I didn't have any shaders at all I just directly connected the color value into the output for an unlit result. The lineart is done using the Freestyle setting in Blender. You can add modifiers to make it look more scratchy, as well as tell Blender what edges to draw lines on.

[MediocreMetastasis]

Alright. I'm not going to do any new ones. I'll finish up every previous submissions before this reply.Thank you everyone who submitted. Any other 3D artist feel free to pick up where I left off      .

nickname: chippy
full name: CHP-64-Y
age: 30
sex: n/a (is literally a robot)
about: a very chill dude, very talkative but doesnt have many friends because its too much of a nerd :(
is very silly, loves dad jokes and is VERY clumsy. yes, its still running on ms-dos, 6.22 to be precise. probably listens too much to lizardking, laxity and !cube (among others).
is a huge fan of text adventures. easily confused. yes, that thing on its chest is a floppy drive. 2 of them, 5,25" on top of 3,5".
also, NOBODY TOUCHES ITS ZORK 3 SAVE.
memes that describe them: "i accidentally the whole piano", probably also the oven copypasta

-------------------------------------------

this is my only oc apart from my usual persona which is just me but server rack. but chippy is more interesting than just "juanp32 as a computer". the colors are as depicted in the color image (which btw is ansi art) but for a body reference the monochrome image is better. i dont really have images of the back panel but the head is a regular crt monitor.

Sorry man I got so many submissions and I got uni stuff todo.

@rolypolyphonic

Man clothing is so hard to make. You either have to make it yourself (which takes forever) or use physics to do it for you (which really hates you). Anyway, really enjoyed making this. I tried to add a painterly look to the materials.

Mind if I join in?
