After careful consideration, expresses an emotion of sheer unabashed excitement like that of no other. The lack of torso emphasizes his immense sense of being merely a little guy. His tiny eyes suggest a lack of sight into the darker side of the world; a blissful ignorance if you will. Truly a feat of engineering like no other.
