what’s the best apple variety??

I'm someone who generally is very hit and miss with apples! But when I went on holiday to the US I found honey crisp and sugar bee(?) apples... omg!!! They were my perfect crisp and sweet apples and we don't get them here 

Pink Ladies are often nice, once I got a really good pack of braeburns that were perfectly balanced for me and I've never had ones that nice since!

idk what they are specifically i guess?? but there's these little mini-apples that come into season in the early to mid summer months that i just adore-- they're like the size of a plum, maybe a little bigger, and im obsessed with them omg. they make a great quick snack and they taste wonderful
