My fave quote is def from Final Fantasy X, said by Auron- "Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!"
It helps that it's said right before an infamous boss fight, and FFX doesn't have skippable cutscenes (even the modern ports don't have it wtf) so you're bound to hear it more than once. Being the first fully voiced FF, X for sure has a lot of very good, very iconic quotes within its repertoire but this one said by Auron is very impactful and doesn't need any in-game context for someone to hear it and know that it kind of rules LOL
