Currently as of writing this I’m listening to PilotRedSun’s album Achievement . I actually remember hearing some of these songs years ago in some “weirdcore”/“webcore” playlist and the nostalgia hit like a truck lol. I feel like if melon land had a sound, or I guess sound track its would probably sound like this album imo! It just kind of has that older internet feeling too it in a way I don’t know how to describe yet…

Funny seeing this here! I've listened to this album so many times. My favourite is canals, but the whole album has quite the narrative!

This album I stumbled upon, Gilded Age by Sam Cooper

SUUUUCH a hidden gem, holy heck. It reminds me of how I felt listening to the Beach Boy's "Pet Sounds", but far more modern and indie. My favorite track when I first listened to it was "What Goes On In Your Mind I Don't Know What Goes On," but this time around I'm really liking "Milo" and "Gilded Age," they're so warm and cozy and lovely.
