People only dislike MSG (or think they dislike) because of racism. Idk if this is so much an unpopular opinion as much as it is somewhat bluntly phrased.

True, the racism based healthscare thing is an issue, however I also cannot imagine that people would crunch it solo between their teeth if there was none the reason I posted it because while my friends don't mind it in food at all, they find it weird that I eat it straight out of the jar sometimes. We DID come up with a weird concoction too, based on a punny name.. but I can tell you, GlutaMate apparently tastes awful. I didn't try it because I don't like mate tea, but apparently mate tea + MSG is not good

But really, I feel like it depends on the garlic bread. Once some acquaintances cooked some garlic bread for a group dinner and if that's the kind of garlic bread you've had, I get it. It was basically just over-toasted, over-crispy bread that wasn't really buttered or anything. The real good garlic breads are the ones that are soft and buttery in the middle. If you've ever been to Bandana's BBQ, they make the best garlic bread ever, as does my father: both kinds are soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside, and deliciously golden brown. You can also taste the butter on my dad's, which makes it all the better.

Fun fact: only fish that has gone bad smells. Raw fish that's still good will not smell. Avoid fish places where there is a strong smell of fish.

Ah, yes. I never purchase anything from these places (or strangely smelly fish in general), it's just that I find the smell interesting lol.

I prefer clean, operatic vocals in heavy metal. I'm not into the growling or harsh vocals commonly used in death metal, black metal, and other extreme genres. Nor do I care for harsh male vocals in the "beauty and the beast" subgenre.

as someone who is most likely "neurodivergent" i personally dont like the use of words of neurodivergent and neutotypical, it feels like people use them to be unique, and neurotypical especially feels like another way of saying "normie"

i also do not like modern aesthetic culture, i dont like how everything has to be an aesthetic, like what the fuck is wetcore is goblincore. and i dont like how we give old design trends these modern names like "frutiger metro" abd "frutiger aero", the two dont even have anything in common besides being late 2000s/early 2010s design trends.

- Beaches are terrible. I hate being half-naked in front of a crowd of people and there's really nothing to do other than wander around in water. Also, they attract the most obnoxious people.
- Chili is gross. I have sensory issues regarding thick, goopy foods in general, but chili is definitely the hardest for me to consume. I can't put it in my mouth without immediately gagging.
- Rain, misty, or cloudy days > sunshine.
- Bright neon and eyestrainy colors are great and they're more appealing to me than pastels.
- Binge-watching is honestly harmful for media consumption. When you brush through an entire show all at once, its harder for individual or impactful moments to sit with you and the whole thing just kinda meshes together in your mind.

Oh I know what you're talking about, ew ew ew. For me it's those "one-pot dishes". Recently I started to tolerate them a LITTLE BIT more, but I avoid them at all costs.

My opinions:
 - I don't like modern superhero movies where they all live in one world e.g. all of those Avengers movies etc. I preferred when they lived in separate timelines. This became a one big fanfic now that cannot be taken seriously anymore. (exception is the Into the Spiderverse, this was done very well, though this topic got beaten to ground now)

- I love spiders

- I really don't like Minecraft-esque games with open worlds where you build stuff from the start. I just don't get it, it's so boring to me. I mean, it's impressive to hear what people make there, like computers or instruments, but... idk man

I'm probably in an extreme minority of people who share this opinion, but I don't like Björk's music. I don't get the appeal of her music.

On the other side of the coin, I love Ashlee Simpson's music - some of my all-time favourite songs are by her. This is an unpopular opinion because a lot of people seem to dislike her music and I've never understood why. I think she's great.

Overcast days are the most beautiful. I went to a pawleys island beach on an overcast evening recently, it was so beautiful and atmospheric i almost cried.
