Who is your favourite eevil person from popular media??

In terms of actually enjoying the character it has to be doofenshmirtz, the lad has incredibly good energy but if were judging by evilness then it probably has to be kokichi ouma from danganronpa
He is SUCH a goblin who never did anything bad ever 

Now I am aware of quite a few peoples opinion on him and how hes... not very cool but honestly?? that adds to it 
I love being a teensy bit annoying every now and then like that :]
