Hi there, I'm Luna! I've been lurking around for a little while and figured it's about time to introduce myself. 

I've carved out a little slice of the web for myself at lunarlily; it's not perfect but it fills me with delight. Slowly but surely chipping away at the many ideas I want to make a reality there...!

Some things I like: taking naps, cool stickers, checking out library books and forgetting to read them, handicrafts of all sorts, tater tots, and breezy afternoons.

My name is Jan (he/him, they/them) works for me, known here and in other places as "babylonlurker".
I just started reviving a website I started over 20 years ago, now with a simple, but more modern interface. There is not much there yet, except for links to blogs I made, and to the ancient site.

In my several decades I have developed an interest in many subjects, and I wanted to present that on my site oz9qv babylonlurker .
Big ones are radio communication, and the fantastic genres, photography and more.

My HTML skill is rusty at best, and I knew nothing about CSS, so I adapted what I could find, to get the look I wanted.

Will I add some more colour? most likely, but I now know the structure. Will I add some silly stuff? Almost certainly.

I am from Denmark, and I have lived for a short while in Switzerland decades ago, and for 25 years in the Netherlands.

I have an interest in languages, I consider myself (mostly) fluent i Danish (of course), English, Dutch and German.

I will look into what you people have done, and let's have some conversation here.

I will be there on and off depending on the time I have available.

I am the latest member and no-one can ever take that away from me. I look down at the info centre - where it says ‘Latest Member’ - and I feel nothing but pride. They say that ‘pride’ is a ‘sin’ but they have obviously never been the latest member on a very cool forum before.

I take my responsibilities here very seriously. I know that it is my duty to bring a hefty energy, a chunky vibe and a mop and bucket (for spillages, drooling). Well I have forgotten the mop and bucket and I actually feel a little bit depressed lately so I will just leave you with this:
