Your residence doesn't allow pets but you can't convince anyone that a galvana isn't an animal, because if you told people it was a monster, it'd get taken away by the government.
You spend weeks couch surfing while saving up for a pet-friendly apartment complex and painting the creature brown so you can say it's an exotic pet. However, with the state of the job market, you are constantly ghosted; And yet, one day you suceed. You got a fulltime job. You're happy. You can finally settle down with your galvana.

On a day of work in your new apartment, you kiss it goodbye for the morning, and leave it as much food and water it could want; you even teach it how to use the remote.

And yet, the apartment, despite its pet-friendliness, has a strict no noise rule. You had no way of knowing this. You were sk desperate to have a place to live and stop couch surfing that you weren't aware of the rules.

You come back home. Your monster isn't there. You ring your neighbor's doorbells, asking what happened.

One nice lady opens the door. She says your Galvana wouldn't stop singing. It was in its nature after all.

She doesn't know where it went.
