What are you working on at the moment?

I'm currently making and collecting images/graphics for my website! This includes designing a mascot for my site, taking photos of my cats (for a web shrine of them), and collecting the 88x31 buttons of sites I enjoy! I'm having a lot of fun with it and I'm so excited for when it's done!

I'm making a mod for the Frame Link script you made a while back, Melon!   

Right now, a primary feature of my site is that you can take a part of it with you to other websites. However, leaving the site doesn't allow for title or URL updates, and making it do so is against the edicts of the elder gods of CORS. Right now, I'm just having it show "offsite" as the URL search parameter & page title when you leave my site, but I also think I'll do away with the search parameter entirely, just to have a freeform URL for my frame links! That's turning out to be a little more code than I thought it would be, at least when it comes to making it freely configurable, which I generally like to do with my scripting, if not to distribute it, then to make testing it easier.

I'll also add support for hash links. Right now, "example.com/page#thing-id" wouldn't take you to the thing-id, just to the page. I've also got a to-do-list item to support multiple frames at once, which might not get along well with removing search parameters, so I think I'd need to add a delimiter. I'm imagining a page where you can view 4 pages at once like 4-player split-screen multiplayer, but you can also share a link to all 4 pages at once, like "example.com/multiplayer:no|rock|like|norserock"

I've recently finished my first game jam (a short visual novel), and I also led my first panel at a convention just yesterday! Both of these were long-time-coming projects, so it was great seeing them fulfilled.

I'm currently working on less intensive projects now, because the panel was the last major one I wanted to complete before college started up for me again. I'm currently the head mod for a fandom zine, though! It's nearing the end of the creation period. Very exciting.

Lots of things! I just finished making some fun little door graphics, I've made progress with my little Eeveelution Girls (4 down, 5 to go!), and I just fixed some issues I was having with my website's guestbook!

Currently, I'm brainstorming a couple alternative door designs and thinking up how to go about executing Flareon's design... in terms of overarching plans, I'd like to get started on a couple shrines.

Right now I'm trying to make a low poly model of a cool nun/exorcist that fights demons with silver guns, haha. It's something I plan on adding to my online portfolio/Neocities website.
Hands are such a pain to model in Blender!!

Been monkeying around with my Emacs configuration. I've been messing around with the Emacs Multimedia System, though my setup is very bare-bones. I just feed a directory tree into Emacs, it creates a playlist, and I play it.

Also been working on my novel, Spiral Architect. Wrote most of another chapter today.

I only have the index finished, but I value any progress. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to coding and I'm learning as I go along, so making it is very likely gonna take some time.

I'm currently fully focused on working on my site!!!

I have so many ideas and such high hopes for it, this has really become my main project in the last year! I made a few oopsies formatting my home page on a large monitor  , but it was a learning experience! that, and moving all my css into stylesheets, which has definitely streamlined the process and saved me a bunch of time! I never had any formal html education, so i'm playing all of this by ear. (Is that how you say that?)

my current order of operations is:

2. About page(s) content
3. Home page content
4. Blog
5. OC and Story Content

6. ...ARG? Visual novel? Unfiction game? Woah!!! I don't know what to call it, but I'm so excited to finish the personal aspects of the site so I can dive into story aspects! I want lore! I want a narrative! I'm so impatient and indecisive i'll probably get to start on this a whole year from now, but that's okay! I'm having fun!

Website-wise, I am finishing up on a blog entry detailing my criticism of the Fediverse as it is currently as related to making friends and conducting social interaction online.

Other than that, I have been at work on my big fan work project; basically, I want to write strictly canon-compatible, believable Star Trek spin-off fiction in the shape of an average episode with an A-plot, a B-plot and a rough length of 45 minutes to read it. It focuses on different obscure aspects and my original characters in the Trek universe: for instance, a Kaferian tanker pilot's woes, Bajoran pirates in pre-space age times, life on 24th century Earth; all strictly compatible with all expanded universe canon while not being about any established character or ship.

Haven't had the motivation to work on much of my hobbies as of late, aside from web stuff...
For my website I've been working on writing up two shrines, one for Valve & their titles and the other being for Minecraft 
mostly just cause writing is something that I can do while I'm away from home lol, it's fun to crank out a 500+ word ramble about my favourite stuff,, what's not so fun is looking back on it and revising/editing it so it's actually legible and readable for anyone who's Not Me.

I've got a ton of W.I.P stuff in the local folder for my site, mostly just fun stuff really, but I'd like to get the planned content done before I get too carried away with side projects hahaha
Not too far off from that stage though, so yippeeee 

My plans for now are to just write up planned stuff and then get to work on like, making my site a little bit prettier than what I've got right now... hopefully shouldn't be too hard!

Me and my friends in my discord server are hosting a small and private game jam :D today is the deadline date, so I'm rushing to have at least my story complete so that the whole game is playable for entry. After the fact I think I might add art and such to make it a more immersive experience, but I like what I've got going so far! Will be uploading it to my site tonight!!
